Product Overview

"Krypton" is a high-precision, high-reliability, large-scale three-coordinate measuring machine featuring a unique unilateral high design. Based on universal modular design concepts, it ensures exceptional reliability for all types of coordinate measuring machines while being easy to maintain. The various specifications of this model include extension rails exceeding 10m, enabling installation below ground surface level. The Krypton series supports multiple measurement methods, including touch-trigger digital probe measurement, continuous contact analog probe scanning, and laser probe scanning. All probe options are fully interchangeable, facilitating measurement of thousands of geometrical and free-form parts.

The unilateral viaduct design on the three coordinate measuring machine significantly reduces Abbe error, resulting in higher accuracy and greatly improved stability.

Three-Axis Guideway - Fully Enclosed, All Granite Material

Equipped with enclosed guide rails on all machines to prevent damage from external dust erosion and provide protection from pollution and temperature variations. This is particularly important for harsh environments. All three axes are constructed from granite, which is corrosion-resistant and features identical thermal expansion coefficients, ensuring higher accuracy.

Software

Rational-DMIS is a newly developed large-scale integrated 3D measurement software package. The software development considers both the needs of beginners for ease of use and the functional requirements of advanced users. More importantly, it represents a model of CMM measurement software standardization.

Rational DMIS programs are designed with the full and native DMIS kernel until version 5.0 of DMIS, which is fundamentally different from so-called "support DMIS" (where the kernel is not DMIS). As an established ISO standard (ISO 22093:2003), DMIS ensures industry-standard compatibility and performance.
