Product Description

Finite elements analysis is introduced in the designing process of the HE series,ensure high rigidity and accurate mechanical structure.
The machine base is using closed frame movable bridge type structure,which is simple and offers high loading capability and the best motion performance.

Large vision measurement machine Features:

>> 000 grade granite base and beam, stable and reliable;

>> Precision linear guide rail, grinding grade ball screw and Panasonic AC servo motor ensure the stability of positioning accuracy of machine motion system;
>> High resolution color camera to meet the requirements of clear observation and stable measurement;
>> 6.5x continuous automatic zoom lens, accurate automatic zoom, one pixel correction is enough;
>> The programmable 5-ring 8-zone LED surface light source and transmission parallel LED contour light source system can realize 256 level brightness adjustment intelligently;
>> The imported contact probe is configured to realize 3D measurement;
>> Immeasuring4.2 automatic image measurement software with independent property rights is provided as standard, which is powerful and easy to use;
