Features

The UNIPJ-3000CZ series optical profile projector is a optical measuring instrument with high performance and stable function. The series is with foot switch and multiple function digital readout DC3000, which ensures fast measuring and data output, and high efficiency.

The UNIPJ-3000CZ series optical profile projector is with the switchable plate for installing the lens, which is available for 3 lens. If during the measuring process magnification change is required, users only need to switch the plate instead of changing the lens, this offers much higher efficiency.

UNIPJ-3000CZ series profile projector is using fix stage structure. Users move the optical box for focusing. Which provides much heavier loading capability for the working stage. Also the stage travel size is possible to be much larger than the traditional models.

The DC3000 is offering powerful measuring function for the users:

  • Measuring, presetting and constructing of the image element such as point, line, circle, angle, distance, rectangle, screws thread etc.
  • Coordinates offset.
  • Available for foot switch or edge detector.
  • Printing function available, which is able to print user program, image element or the axis reading.
  • RS232 output function, which is able to output the linear scales readings to the PC.
  • User programming function, users can record the steps of measuring, which makes the repeating measuring of the same workpieces much faster.
  • Multiple coordinates type available, polar and rectangular axis, INC and ABS, mm/inch switch.
  • Linear compensation or section linear compensation available.
  • 100 group of permanent element storage memory, 10 temporary.
