High Resolution Digital X-Ray Machine Unicomp UNC160
Advanced NDT X-ray inspection system specifically designed for detecting internal defects in die castings, automotive aluminum castings, and various industrial components.
Application Scope
The UNC160 is engineered for demanding industrial NDT environments, supporting inspection across diverse material categories including ferrous and non-ferrous castings (aluminum, iron, die-cast parts), automotive subsystems (brake pads, hubs, engine components, tires), fabricated metal goods (welds, steel tubes, cylinders, pressure vessels), and engineered materials (ceramics, polymers, refractories, epoxy). Its primary function is the reliable detection of volumetric and planar discontinuities, including porosity, non-metallic inclusions, shrinkage voids, and crack-like indications.
