The D50 Swamp Track Shoe Assembly is a specialized undercarriage solution engineered for bulldozers operating in challenging wetland environments. With an extra-wide 900mm profile, these shoes dramatically reduce ground pressure (typically below 0.3 kg/cm²) to prevent sinking and bogging in soft, water-saturated soils. Forged from 25MnB boron alloy steel, each shoe features a reinforced plate design to handle the increased bending moments inherent in wide-track configurations. The triple grouser pattern ensures controlled traction without excessive soil disturbance. Every batch undergoes ultrasonic thickness testing and magnetic particle inspection to guarantee structural integrity. An excellent solution for dredging, rice paddy construction, and flood management projects.

Our manufacturing facility spans over 20,000 square meters equipped with advanced forging production lines, CNC machining centers, and automated heat treatment furnaces. We operate 8 die forging hammers (1T-10T capacity), 12 CNC turning/milling machines, and 4 continuous mesh-belt quenching & tempering furnaces with precise temperature control. Annual production capacity exceeds 500,000 track shoes. Every batch undergoes rigorous quality inspection including dimensional gauging, hardness testing (HRC), ultrasonic flaw detection, and magnetic particle inspection. We hold ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certifications, with SGS/Bureau Veritas third-party inspection available upon request. Our in-house metallurgical lab ensures consistent 23MnB/25MnB boron steel composition and optimal heat treatment parameters for maximum wear resistance and impact toughness.
Designed for D50 and similar bulldozers operating in wetlands, swamps, rice paddies, dredging sites, soft soil construction, and flood control projects where ground flotation is critical.
Swamp shoes have a significantly wider profile (900mm+ vs standard 500-700mm) to distribute machine weight over a larger surface area, reducing ground pressure and preventing the machine from sinking in soft terrain. They typically use a triple grouser pattern for controlled traction.
Swamp shoes are not recommended for rocky or hard terrain as the wider profile increases bending stress on the shoe and undercarriage components. They are designed specifically for soft, wet conditions.
We offer both shoe-only and complete track group options. For complete track chain with swamp shoes pre-assembled, please specify your track chain type and link count.
