Ultrasonic rough cleaning: Efficiently remove micron-level dirt
Dual-frequency collaborative technology: The 28kHz low-frequency ultrasonic (with a power of 30kW) works in tandem with the vibration of a mesh belt with a 50μm aperture, generating a high-intensity cavitation effect. This rapidly breaks down solid contaminants such as welding slag and grease at the connections of the sensor housing and cables. The 40kHz high-frequency mode (with a power of 20kW) targets 0.1μm-level dust particles on the surface of the strain gauge, achieving nanometer-level cleanliness (meeting the ISO 14644-1 Class 8 standard).
Customized cleaning tank: The tank, made of 316L stainless steel (with a wall thickness of 6mm), is equipped with built-in flow deflectors, maintaining the cleaning liquid flow rate at a stable 0.8m/s. Combined with the 15° inclined mesh belt design, it ensures 360° all-round scrubbing of the sensors during transportation. The cleaning time per batch is 40% shorter compared to traditional single machines.

High-pressure spray precision cleaning: Completely remove residual stains
Multi-stage filtration spray system: It features a 5μm precision pre-filter and a 0.2μm ultrafiltration membrane at the rear. The turbidity of the recycled water is less than 5 NTU. A matrix of fan-shaped nozzles (with a pressure of 8 - 12 bar) is used for directional flushing of concealed areas such as the sensor outlet holes and sealing rubber rings. The measured removal rate of residual cleaning agents reaches 99.7%.
Intelligent water-saving design: The spray water can be recycled back to the ultrasonic tank. With real-time monitoring by a conductivity sensor, it automatically switches to pure water supplementation when the water quality exceeds the standard. This design saves 60% more water compared to traditional spraying processes.

Hot air gradient drying: Efficient drying with zero water stains
Three-stage temperature-controlled tunnel: The first stage preheats at 60°C (to remove surface free water), the middle stage dries with strong air at 80°C (with an airspeed of 15m/s, targeting water accumulation in grooves), and the final stage sets the shape at a constant temperature of 50°C (to prevent condensation due to temperature differences). Coupled with the variable frequency speed regulation of the mesh belt (0.5 - 3m/min), it ensures that the moisture content of sensors of different sizes (up to a maximum size of 300×200×100mm) is ≤0.1%.
Air purification system: It is equipped with a medium-efficiency filter and an activated carbon adsorption device. The cleanliness of the supplied air reaches Class 10,000, preventing secondary pollution during the drying process.
