Corrosion-resistant and Durable Materials:
- Inner Tank: Constructed from one-piece 304 stainless steel (3mm thick). The welds undergo X-ray flaw detection and helium mass spectrometry leak detection (with a leakage rate ≤0.05mbar・L/s). It is resistant to acids and alkalis within a pH range of 2-13, supporting highly corrosive reagents such as sodium hydroxide and alcohol.
- Outer Shell: Made of cold-rolled steel plate with electrostatic spraying (hardness ≥3H), it resists dust and moisture in industrial environments. Four sets of adjustable shock-absorbing foot pads are installed at the bottom (with a leveling accuracy of ±1mm).
7-inch Industrial Touchscreen: Three professional modes are preset: "Automotive Parts Degreasing", "Medical Device Precision Cleaning", and "Mold Release Agent Removal". Intelligent Safety Protection:
- Low Liquid Level Auto-Shutdown:Real-time liquid level sensor triggers power cut within < 1 second once the tank lacks liquid, effectively protecting transducers from burnout caused by dry running.
- Overload & Overheat Dual Protection:The power supply cuts off within 0.3 seconds when the input current exceeds 115% of the rated load. Built-in temperature sensors continuously monitor liquid temperature inside the tank; an alarm will be triggered when the temperature exceeds 85°C.
