Station 1: Vision-Guided Automatic Screw Tightening

As the door panel enters the first station, a high-resolution CCD camera instantly completes a 3D scan, accurately locating the coordinates of each screw hole. The data is transmitted in real-time to the robot control system, guiding the electric screwdriver to move precisely.

Station 2: Intelligent Thermal Riveting and Welding

When the door panel moves into the thermal riveting and welding station, the key lies in independent temperature control and precise pressure regulation. Each welding unit is equipped with a micro-heater and pressure sensors.
