Description:


Ultrasonic Cutting Knife for Shockproof Rubber Gaskets, we also named Ultrasonic Rubber Cutter for Vibration Isolation Pads and Handheld Ultrasonic Rubber Slitting Knife.


The ultrasonic generator converts electrical energy into high-frequency longitudinal mechanical vibration at 20kHz/40kHz. The vibration is transmitted through the transducer and booster to the titanium alloy cutting blade. The blade reciprocates tens of thousands of times per second at high frequency, generating slight frictional heat on the contact surface with rubber to locally soften the molecular layer of the rubber material. Material separation can be achieved with minimal applied pressure under a quasi-cold cutting process.
It overcomes the common drawbacks of conventional utility knives and die-cutting methods, including tensile deformation of soft rubber, curled and burred cutting edges, compression damage to the internal buffering structure of gaskets, and large dimensional tolerances.
