Description:

The 30Khz ultrasonic fully automatic inner circle indium coating machine (also known as the rotating target inner wall ultrasonic indium coating machine, cylindrical target binding indium coating equipment) is a specialized automation equipment in the PVD sputtering target material industry. It is specifically designed for uniformly coating metal indium on the inner wall of the back tube of cylindrical/tubular rotating targets, and is used for low-temperature bonding of ITO, indium oxide, ceramic rotating targets and metal back tubes, replacing traditional manual indium scraping process.
