60kHz Ultrasonic Capillary Needle Convergent Spray System
Description:
This 60kHz ultrasonic capillary needle convergent spray system features replaceable capillary liquid feeding needles. It is engineered for slurries prone to clogging, with precise micro liquid supply ranging from 0.001 to 1 ml/min.
Liquid is delivered through the independent capillary needle and atomized on the ultrasonic vibrating surface instead of extruding through tiny orifices, which effectively avoids particle jamming. The replaceable capillary tube allows quick swap when blockage occurs, without disassembling the entire spray head, greatly cutting downtime and maintenance costs.
Equipped with convergent shaping gas, the system generates concentrated spray plume with clear coating boundaries. Low-speed droplets prevent substrate impact and splash-back, improving material utilization. The 60kHz high-frequency atomization delivers uniform micron-sized droplets for smooth, consistent thin films.
It is widely applied in fuel cell MEA, perovskite solar cells, semiconductor functional coatings, biosensor and medical functional coating, ideal for laboratory R&D and small-batch precision thin-film deposition.
