High Efficiency Piezoelectric 20Khz 1500w Ultrasononic Welding Oscillator Series
Description:
When the ultrasonic booster is longitudinally stretched and vibrated, the movement of the particles on the left and right sides of a cross section in the middle is just opposite, which is equivalent to the existence of a relatively stationary section. This section is called the node, which is also the best fixed point of the vibrator. Deviation from this node will reduce the working efficiency of the vibrator, commonly known as leakage.

What is ultrasonic Converter?
The converter is aptly named because it receives electrical energy from the power supply and converts it into mechanical vibrations.
How does it work?
When alternating voltage at a frequency of 20,000 Hz is applied to the converter it physically vibrates at that same frequency.
What is a converter made up of?
An electrostrictive transducer consisting of one or more disks of piezoelectric material sandwiched between two metal sections.
The entire assembly is resonant at a predetermined frequency, and its length is acoustically equal to one-half wavelength at the applied frequency.
