This PI taped litz wire is designed for applications that require consistent insulation, constant dielectric performance, and high temperature resistance. Constructed with 528 strands enameled copper iwre and wrapped with PI tape, this litz wire provides an ideal combination of flexibility, durability, and electrical insulation. The product fulfills the rigid technological demands in details such as diameter of litz wire, resistance and quality of winding.

A major benefit is its great dielectric performance whose test result can reach to 15,000V, it can be use in harsh electrical environment. The 54% tape overlap contributes to security and evenly insulation coverage. while no-cracks turn good winding quality to always good reliability in processing and use.

This product is particularly suitable for use in industrial control, precision electronics, transformer, motor, EV. It's a feasible method for OEMs to have both high performance and consistent rolls.
