Microchannel Heat Exchangers Conduct Heat Efficiently
Microchannel heat exchangers have outstanding advantages such as highly efficient heat transfer. Due to its large specific surface area and strong fluid disturbance, its heat exchange efficiency (measured by the heat transfer coefficient K value) can reach 500-2000 W/(m² · K), which is much higher than that of traditional finned tube heat exchangers (100-300 W/(m² · K)), and it can significantly reduce the volume under the same heat exchange capacity.
