This is an aluminum alloy liquid-cooled box (liquid-cooled chassis / liquid-cooled shell), commonly used in scenarios requiring efficient heat dissipation such as new energy vehicle battery packs, energy storage systems, and high-power electronic equipment.

Material: The main body is made of aluminum alloy (common types such as 6061/5052), which is lightweight and has good thermal conductivity.
Structure:
The overall structure is a welded / spliced box, with flange edges (with mounting holes) around it for easy sealing and fixing.
The bottom / interior integrates liquid-cooled flow channels (or reserves installation positions for flow channels), and realizes coolant circulation through the water inlet and outlet (two metal joints can be seen in the figure) to take away heat.
There are openings and installation positions on the side for the integration of electrical interfaces, sensors, wire harnesses, etc.
Process: The surface undergoes machining + welding, with high precision and strict sealing requirements (to prevent liquid leakage).
