1. Baseband requirements
The base belt of the partition conveyor belt must possess a certain level of tensile strength and wear resistance. For partition conveyor belts with open edges, in order to meet the requirements of large-inclination conveying, the belt must exhibit longitudinal flexibility while maintaining a certain degree of transverse rigidity.

2. Baseband structure
The base belt is composed of four key components: the top cover rubber, the bottom cover rubber, the belt core, and the lateral rigid layer.

The thickness of the top cover rubber typically ranges from 3mm to 6mm, while the thickness of the bottom cover rubber is generally between 1.5mm and 4.5mm.

The belt core serves as the load-bearing component that bears the tensile force. Common core materials include cotton canvas (CC), nylon canvas (NN), polyester canvas (EP), and steel wire rope (ST).

To enhance the lateral rigidity of the base belt, special reinforcing layers are added above and below the core, which are referred to as lateral rigid layers.

The width of the base belt is consistent with that of standard conveyor belts.
