Product Overview

Black Flame Retardant Conveyor Belt NN300 — a specialized conveyor belt engineered for demanding industrial environments, particularly underground coal mining operations.

This product is primarily designed for underground transportation in coal mines, and is also suitable for material handling in the metallurgical and chemical industries. The solid-woven core flame retardant conveyor belt is available in two configurations: PVC type and PVG type.

Construction & Types
PVC Type
PVC Cover Rubber

Single-sided adhesive thickness ≥ 0.8 mm. Maximum transport inclination angle: < 16°.

PVG Type
Nitrile Rubber + PVC

Single-sided cover thickness: 1.5 mm – 4.5 mm. Maximum transport inclination angle: < 20°.

Both types are suitable for underground coal mine transportation and other heavy-duty material handling applications.

Extended Service Life

The service life of the belt body is determined by the following key factors:

  1. A dense belt core woven from warp and weft filaments with covering cotton spinning.
  2. Impregnation with specially formulated PVC material to achieve extremely high bonding strength between the belt core and the cover rubber.
  3. Specially formulated cover rubber that makes the belt body resistant to impact, tearing, and abrasion.
Mechanical Properties

The flame-retardant conveyor belt offers excellent mechanical properties, providing users with the longest possible service life and economical installation and use.

Product Structure

The flame-retardant conveyor belt adopts an integral belt core as the frame material. It is manufactured by dipping and coating with PVC material that possesses excellent anti-static and flame-retardant properties, followed by a plasticizing process.
