PVC PVG Coal Mines Special Conveyor Belts — 10mm Thick

Flame-retardant conveyor belt NN300 — also known as solid woven flame-retardant conveyor belt — is manufactured with an integral belt core impregnated, plasticized, or vulcanized using PVC impregnating paste. It features high tensile strength, large conveying capacity, and stable material conveyance, together with excellent flame retardancy, antistatic performance, impact resistance, abrasion resistance, and corrosion resistance.

Product Concept & Applications

This product is primarily suitable for underground transportation in coal mines, and also for material transportation in the metallurgical and chemical industries. The whole-core flame-retardant conveyor belt is available in two types: PVC and PVG.

  • PVC type: Both upper and lower covering layers are made of PVC cover rubber, with a single-sided adhesive thickness of ≥0.8mm. The maximum transportation inclination angle is less than 16°.
  • PVG type: Both upper and lower covering layers are made of nitrile rubber and PVC, with a single-sided thickness of 1.5mm–4.5mm. The maximum transportation inclination angle is less than 20°.

Both types are suitable for transportation in coal mines and underground environments.

Joint Performance

According to the belt body strength and belt core structure, a mechanical buckle connection is adopted, and the strength of the joint can reach 60–80% of the belt body's rated tensile strength. When using a glue bonding head, the joint strength can reach 90% of the rated tensile strength of the belt body. Various types of joints can meet different customer needs and ensure the safe and efficient operation of the conveying system.
