GB/T7984 300mm-3000mm Conveyor Rubber Belt Anti Sticking
Ordinary conveyor belts, also known as ordinary cotton canvas conveyor belts, are suitable for conveying materials under short-distance and medium-load conditions. The pulling force is relatively low and the load-bearing capacity is limited.
Specifications and Models
Ordinary conveyor belts are divided into many specifications and models according to the use environment and requirements:
- Transport Capacity Sizes: B300, B400, B500, B600, B650, B800, B1000, B1200, B1400, B1600, B1800, B2000 and other commonly used models (B stands for width, in millimeters)
- Use Environment Types: Heat-resistant conveyor belt, cold-resistant conveyor belt, acid and alkali resistant conveyor belt, oil-resistant conveyor belt, food conveyor belt and other models
The minimum thickness of cover rubber on ordinary conveyor belts and food conveyor belts is 3.0mm, and the minimum thickness of lower cover rubber is 1.5mm. For heat-resistant, cold-resistant, acid and alkali resistant, and oil-resistant conveyor belts, the minimum thickness of cover rubber is 4.5mm, and the lower cover rubber should be at least 2.0mm. According to specific use environment conditions, the thickness of the upper and lower cover rubber can be increased by 1.5mm.
