Our transmission gearbox is the most advanced ones: bilateral symmetry gear drive system;it's the same with the gearbox of Gearman Flanders, Austria EssenBas.Now, the first-line extruder manufactures in the world,such as Corperion ,Berstorff, Leistritz , Toshiba,JSW are using the transmission structure;service life of the gearbox more than 72000 hours.

We have various kinds of function elements,mixing and dispersing elements developed by ourselves can provie flexible production for kinds of materials and production process.

Our smaller clearance (as same as W&P) between screw elements and the inner wall of the barrel benefits from stable gearbox. And most of domestic extruders have clearance 1.5 times as big as ours.

Extrusion system adopts building block type screw and barrel structure,can be flexible to change the requirements of different materials,different process.And the barrels are equipped with integrated wear-resistant alloy steel inner,which has the same composition and wearing feacture with W&P. Our mirrior polishing seamless barrels, surface finish Ra0.2, vertically between barrels inner hole less than 0.015mm;linearity of ten assembled barrels less than 0.05mm.
