Key Features
5 Million+ Cycle Operating Life

The E40Pro is specified with an operating life of more than 5 million cycles. For a barrier gate, operating life is closely related to the mechanical structure, motor system, transmission components, operating frequency, and actual working environment.

The E40P uses a 24V DC permanent-magnet motor and a springless drive mechanism as part of its mechanical configuration. For project evaluation, the 5-million-cycle specification provides a measurable reference for estimating equipment usage over the expected service period.

Modular Mechanical Design for Easier Maintenance

The DZE4 mechanism adopts a modular structure. This allows the mechanical assembly and controller to be accessed and serviced separately, while the controller provides fault-code indication for troubleshooting.

The design includes comprehensive functions:

  • Fault code indication
  • Automatic testing mode
  • Delay auto-closing
  • Vehicle-following mode
  • Position relay signal output
  • RS485 communication
  • Ground loop and radar detector interfaces

These functions allow the barrier gate to be seamlessly integrated into different parking and access control systems.

Three-Fence Boom Installation
Step 1. Fix the boom fixing plate on the boom with 2pcs of M12*70mm hexagon screw.
Step 2. Hold the fixing plate by hand, then lift up the boom vertically and install it on the boom holder. And then install the flat washer, spring washer, and M12 nut on the screw in turn, and fix the screw with a wrench.
Step 3. Fix the U-connecting unit to the cone axis on the barrier with the screw.
Step 4. Fix the bottom fence to the U-connecting unit, then release the 2pcs screw of the unit and adjust them to make the fence be perpendicular to the ground.
