Q: Why does the barrier boom sometimes open automatically?

A: Please check whether the limit switch is in the correct position. If not, adjust the limit switch (refer to the last page of the Barrier Gate Manual) or adjust the adjusting screw. Finally, check the tension of the spring.

Q: What is the remote control distance?

A: Most WEJOIN 418 remote controls can cover up to 100 meters; however, controlling the barrier gate from 100 meters away is neither safe nor stable. WEJOIN recommends using the remote control within 30 to 50 meters.
