Resistant to High Temperature Steam Sterilization Tungsten Carbide Processing for Medical Instruments


The precision punch with 94% tungsten carbide matrix (YG6X Grade) and nanometer-level edge passivation (R0.02mm) breaks through the burr and delamination bottleneck of traditional SKH51 high-speed steel, and achieves perfect cutting with cross-section finish Ra≤0.8μm in the cutting of carbon fiber/glass fiber/aramid composite tubes.

- Two-stage shear angle (15° main edge + 3° micro flat edge)
- Edge electrolytic passivation R0.02mm (anti-crack ↑400%)

- Mirror polishing Ra≤0.05μm (resin adhesion ↓95%)
- Multi-layer DLC coating (friction coefficient 0.06)


▸ Thermal management:
- Embedded copper core heat pipe (operating temperature ≤80℃)
- Thermal expansion coefficient matches carbon fiber (2.5×10⁻⁶/K)
