Tungsten carbide special-shaped tools are made from ultra-fine grain tungsten carbide substrate and precision-ground on 5-axis CNC tool grinders, suitable for milling, turning and form cutting operations. Tool shapes are manufactured strictly according to customer drawings or samples — no need to compromise with standard tool inventory.
Whether for one-off prototyping or batch production, we guarantee profile accuracy of ±0.005mm and consistent batch-to-batch stability.
