For the Φ18 tungsten steel valve core, the outer diameter tolerance is -0.001,-0.002, with a roundness requirement of 0.001. A precise grinding match ensures a clearance fit of 0.003-0.005 between the larger cylindrical surface and the valve sleeve. The symmetry requirement is 0.008, with tolerances of +0.006,-0.017 for the Φ12 head and +0.028,+0.010 for the Φ6 inner hole, and a coaxiality of 0.008. For the Φ20 tungsten steel valve core, the outer diameter tolerance is -0.020,-0.041, while the inner hole Φ18 tolerance is +0.003,+0.002. The valve sleeve's inner surface matches the valve core, with eight 1.2*1.2 rectangular windows at a tolerance of ±0.005, evenly distributed. The angle tolerance is 45°±0.02°, with a roundness requirement of 0.001 and a coaxiality requirement of 0.005 for both the Φ18 inner hole and Φ20 valve core.
