105*105 Tungsten Carbide Durable Plate for Making Small Inserts

Description:

Tungsten Carbide plate is one of the tungsten steel materials which uses metallurgical methods through milling, ball milling, pressing, sintering. Different uses in WC and Co of tungsten carbide plates is different. Tungsten carbide plate has high hardness, good wear resistance, high elastic modulus, high strength, good chemical stability(stable for acid, base, high temperature oxidation), lower impact toughness, low expansion coefficient, thermal conductivity, conductive characteristics of similar to iron and its alloy.

Recommandations:

YG6:It can be used for steel wire, non-ferrous metal and alloy bars under 20mm diameter with greater stress condition, and can also be used to pull tubing with a diameter of less than 10mm.

YG8:It can be use in steel, non-ferrous metal and alloy bars and pipes, and also for manufacturing machinery parts, tools and vulnerable parts.

YG15:It can be used for high compression steel rod and steel tube drawing, working top hammer, perforation and stamping die under greater stress.

YG20:It can be used to make punching film tools, such as punching watch parts, stamping battery shell, tooth paste mould, small size steel ball, screw, nut, etc.
