Product Description

Tungsten carbide strip, also called cemented carbide strip, are made from 100% virgin raw materials. They’re square and rectangle shapes.

The carbide strips are used in wide application field. They’re very good material to produce the parts to resist high temperature & corrosion, also widely used as wear parts, shielding parts, mold core, insert, special shape punch and so on, for cutting cast iron, nonferrous metals, plastics, chemical fiber, stainless steel and high Manganese steel, etc.

Cemented Tungsten carbide strips has many excellent characteristics such as high hardness and strength, good wear and corrosion resistance and salient stability under high temperature (even at 500 ºC it is essentially unchanged and at 1000 ºC it is still of high hardness).

Application:
Mainly used in vertical shaft impact crusher (sand making machine), with high performance and high efficiency of sand making and shaping. The stone iron rotor is used-suitable for the crushing of materials below medium hardness, with high crushing efficiency, Features such as high sand production rate and easy adjustment of fineness modulus.
