Product Overview

The High Precision Tube Forming Machine for Scaffolding Tube is designed for medium and large round steel tube production. It is suitable for scaffolding tube, steel water pipe, galvanized tube, construction tube, pressure tube and general structural pipe applications.

The uncoiler loads the steel strip coil. The shear and welding machine connects coil ends to support continuous production. The accumulator stores strip material and allows the mill to keep running during coil change.

How It Works

1. Coil Loading and Uncoiling

The coil head and tail are cut and welded together.
