The GIENI® JLG-10 is designed for kinds of lipstick, suitable for filling silicone mold lipstick, also can customized to switch into 12 nozzles metal mold lipstick filling

Features of silicone lipstick filling machine

Preheating Part:

◆ designed with preheating system;

◆ adopts Switzerland hot air gum; air volume adjustable

◆ with mold push devide

Filling Thank Part:

◆ equipped with 2 of 20L filling tank, each tank volume is 20L;

◆ tank comes with 3 layers, outer layer is stainless steel 304, inner layer which contact material directly is SUS316L;

◆ dual temperature control: material temperature control and oil temperature control;

◆ piston filling system driven by servo motor, to ensure high precision;

◆ filling 10 pcs at a time;

​◆ with mixing/heating/vacuum functions(options);

◆ with mold lifting device
