High Precision Wrap Around Vertical Bottle Labeling Machine (JLB-811-X), is suitable for different sizes of round bottles with 5 labeling modes, is star wheel continuous labeling, orientation labeling one-piece, orientation labeling two pieces, non-oriented labeling one-piece, non-oriented labeling two pieces. the output is 300 bottles per minute.

Applications:

  • It is an ideal choice for the pharmaceutical, foods, cosmetics, beverages, and daily chemicals industries for automatic labeling onto round containers/bottles.​

  • flexible labeling modes, 5 modes in total, suitable for OEM, ODM plant;
  • with star wheel system, high precision and stable; high speed, the output is 300bpm;
  • the whole frame of the machine adopts SS304, and anodizing aluminum alloy, non-rust; labeling head adopts stainless steel grinding wheel and the structure of dual-leaf roll;
  • equipped with advanced electrical components, like SIEMENS PLC, YASKAWA servo motor, HOLIP transducer, SICK photoelectricity, low-pressure Schneider;
