Description

Cylinder Cosmetics Sticker Labeler Lip Oil Lip Stick Tube Labeling Machine- 2nd generation (GMJ-815S)), is designed for labeling a wide range of cosmetics products packagings- cylindrical cosmetic tubes. Printing and labeling at the same time are available.

Applications of lipstick tube labeling machine:

  • It is an ideal choice for labeling bottom parts of cosmetic products, like mascara, lip gloss, lip oil, lip glaze, lipstick containers, and other slim cylindrical tubes.


Features of lipstick tube labeling machine:

  • Labeling feeder/head is driven by Japanese brand servo motor, stable and accurate, the labeling speed is up to 90 pcs per minute;
  • Equipped with a rotary table to handle the tubes in and out of the labeling station;
  • Using a special design suction arm to pick up and apply the label onto the bottom container; can print the label and paste it onto the products at the same time;
  • Adopts SIEMENS PLC control system, to ensure the labeling high precision and high speed;
  • Features with online checking and rejection device/sensor detection, which avoid labeling missing and wrong label phenomenon;
  • All labeling specifications can be set and adjusted easily on HMI touch screen;
  • Adopt world-famous imported parts(refer to below chart), ensure the machine running more stable and reliable.
  • With 8 station grasper, easy to change, to fulfill different containers;
  • Easy to integrate into any kind of production line;
  • 2nd generation for lipstick labeling machine, with safety cover and hydraulic rod.
