Product Function and Role

The Double H Valve​ is the core control valve for the pneumatic shift system in heavy-duty truck transmissions. Its primary function is to control the switching between high and low gear ranges . It receives the air pressure signal from the cab shift lever to actuate the shift cylinder inside the transmission, enabling the conversion of the range gear​ or splitter gear.

For high-speed driving on flat roads, the system switches to the high gear range (high speed). The Double H Valve is the key component that enables this action.
