Brake Master Valve Truck Brake Parts DZ93189360061A For Shacman Truck Spare Parts


Main Applicable Vehicles: Primarily used in Shaanxi Automobile Delong X3000 and New M3000 heavy-duty trucks, and also compatible with some Sinotruk and Dongfeng truck models.

This valve controls the air circuit via a mechanical handle, primarily performing the following three functions:
Parking Air Brake Cut-off:When the driver pulls back or locks the black handle, this valve cuts off the air pressure in the rear axle spring-loaded brake chamber, causing the powerful spring to release energy and lock the brake drum, enabling the truck to be parked safely for extended periods, especially on slopes.

Trailer Independent Braking (Some Models):When driving or starting on a slope, in conjunction with the air circuit control, it provides independent fine-tuning and control of the trailer braking system.

Emergency Braking:If the service brake (foot brake) fails unexpectedly due to air leakage during driving, the driver can use this handle to gradually operate it, utilizing the spring's energy storage to achieve emergency deceleration.
