The electromagnetic flow meter (mag meter) operates on Faraday's Law of electromagnetic induction. It measures the flow rate of conductive liquids by detecting the voltage generated as the liquid passes through a magnetic field.
Key features:
No moving parts – low maintenance and no pressure loss
High accuracy even with dirty, corrosive, or abrasive fluids
Suitable for water, wastewater, acids, alkalis, slurry, and food liquids
Available with various liner and electrode materials to match different media, plus multiple output options (4‑20mA, pulse, RS485 Modbus). Widely used in industrial, agricultural, and municipal applications.

High Accuracy – Accuracy up to ±0.5% of reading (±0.2% optional), suitable for water, wastewater, acids, alkalis, slurry, and other conductive liquids.
No Pressure Loss – No obstruction inside the measuring tube, nearly zero pressure drop, energy-saving and ideal for large flow applications.
Wide Turndown Ratio – Up to 100:1 or 150:1, maintaining high stability even at very low flow velocities.
Multiple Output Options – Standard 4-20mA, pulse/frequency, RS485 Modbus; optional HART, Profibus-DP, GPRS remote transmission.
Corrosion & Wear Resistant Liners – Available in PTFE, rubber, polyurethane, etc., for acids, alkalis, abrasive slurries, and various media.
Various Electrode Materials – 316L, Hastelloy C, Titanium, Tantalum, Platinum – choose according to liquid corrosiveness.
High Protection Rating – IP65 standard, IP68 submersible optional for outdoor or wet environments.
LCD Backlit Display – Real‑time indication of instantaneous flow, total flow, flow percentage, with bilingual interface (Chinese/English).
Easy Installation – Low straight pipe requirement (5D upstream, 3D downstream); integrated or remote (split) type available.
Factory Calibrated – Each meter is wet‑calibrated before delivery and comes with a calibration certificate.
