The Dry Block Temperature Calibrator is a portable, high-precision calibration instrument designed for on-site and laboratory temperature verification of thermocouples, RTDs (PT100), thermistors, and temperature switches. Unlike liquid baths, this dry block calibrator uses a metal well to provide a stable, uniform temperature reference without any mess or contamination. Equipped with a built-in reference-grade sensor and intelligent temperature controller, it achieves ±0.1°C accuracy and 0.01°C display resolution. The fast heating and active cooling system significantly reduces downtime, while the intuitive touch screen interface allows easy setup of auto ramp, soak, and multi-step programs. With interchangeable inserts, it accommodates various probe diameters. Rugged yet lightweight (approx. 4.5 kg), it is ideal for harsh industrial environments. Communication via RS232/USB/RS485 enables PC control and data logging.
