The DK series piston pressure gauge is a redesigned product based on our YS series and JY series piston pressure gauges, optimized for structure, featuring super wear resistance and perfect reliability. The DK series piston pressure gauge has a maximum accuracy of 0.005% and a maximum range of 250 MPa. The DK series adopts a modular structure, allowing different piston systems to be installed on one platform, achieving the purpose of economic practicality.

- Modular: The piston system and pressure generator have a fully modular structure, allowing various modules to perform either individual functions or combined functions.

-stability:The liquid piston uses a low-position weight to ensure high reliability and.

-Interchangeability: The piston range can be freely interchanged by replacing the sleeve unit.

-Piston sleeve unit: made of tungsten carbide material, with other parts made of high-quality austenitic stainless steel, effectively avoiding deformation.

-Weights: made of demagnetized high-quality austenitic stainless steel.

-The rotational speed:It decreases over time when rotating freely. For example, for a product at 60 MPa, the speed drops from 33.0 rpm initially to 24.8 rpm after 30 minutes. This also indicates that the pressure distribution around the piston sleeve clearance is uniform.

-The effective area: Under standard atmospheric pressure and 20°C conditions, the average effective area of the piston-cylinder unit, as well as the pressure deformation coefficient, can be measured using a reference pressure gauge.
