This wireless oval gear flowmeter operates on a positive displacement principle, where the rotational engagement of elliptical gears ensures highly accurate volumetric measurement of viscous fluids. It integrates industrial IoT communication (LoRaWAN/NB-IoT/4G) for real-time wireless data transmission.

Its battery-powered wireless design effectively resolves pulsation effects, signal loss over cables, and power supply limitations in challenging fluids such as heavy oil and syrup. The result is a calibration-free, verification-grade solution ideal for custody transfer and continuous process monitoring.
