Product Overview​
The Bench-Top Gas Pressure Source is a pressure source independently developed by our company, designed for high-pressure, medium-pressure, low-pressure gas pressure, and vacuum pressure applications. This product is constructed using high-quality imported stainless steel and aluminum alloy materials.​
The XY-2002 Gas Pressure Source adopts aviation-grade sealing materials, imported pressure-applying devices, and connecting pipes. It features uniform pressure generation, excellent airtightness, no leakage, a wide fine-tuning range, and high resolution. Equipped with a filtration device, this equipment is not affected by contamination from the calibrated gauges. As an ideal product for calibrating high-pressure gases, it can generate a vacuum pressure of -0.095 MPa through manual vacuuming and a positive pressure of 10 MPa via manual pressure application. Portable for on-site use, it is mainly used to provide a stable gas pressure source (capable of generating high-pressure gas and negative pressure) when calibrating pressure (differential pressure) transmitters, precision pressure gauges, ordinary pressure gauges, and other pressure instruments.​

  • Integrated Positive & Negative Pressure Generation: Combines positive and negative pressure generation in one unit, enabling convenient switching between positive and negative pressure.​
  • Open Structure: Features an open design for simple operation and easy maintenance.​
  • Lever-Type Pressure Application: Adopts a lever mechanism for wide-range pressure adjustment (both pressure increase and decrease), ensuring more stable pressure rising and falling processes.​
  • External Gas Source Compatibility: Supports connection to an external gas source, saving time and effort during operation.​
  • Precise Fine-Tuning: Equipped with precise fine-tuning functionality to provide higher display resolution.​
  • Multiple Output Ports: Comes with 3 output ports, allowing simultaneous calibration of 2 gauges; custom configurations are also available upon customer request.​
  • Quick-Connect Fittings: Output ports are fitted with quick-connect couplings, enabling easy installation and removal of gauges without the need for a wrench.​
  • Portable Packaging: Delivered with a well-crafted, portable aluminum alloy carrying case for convenient transportation and storage.​
