The wireless radar level gauge utilizes 80GHz high-frequency frequency-modulated continuous wave (FMCW) technology, combined with industrial IoT architecture (LoRA/4G), to achieve high-precision non-contact measurement in dusty, steamy, and foamy environments. With millimeter-level wavelength penetration through interfering media, it captures level/material level changes with ±1mm resolution, completely eliminating measurement errors caused by compromises in traditional instruments due to operating conditions. With IP69K protection and intrinsically safe design, it provides a maintenance-free ultimate monitoring solution for industries such as chemicals, energy, and metallurgy.
