From the perspective of core power transmission load-bearing, the transmission gear shaft serves as a central component integrating both ‘gear meshing transmission’ and ‘shaft torque load-bearing’. Directly connecting the power source to the actuator, it acts as the pivotal carrier for force and motion transfer within mechanical transmission systems.

2)Features of Transmission Gear Shaft

Characterised by rigid connection between gears and shaft bodies (either integral construction or high-strength assembly), the shaft must simultaneously withstand combined loads comprising torque, radial forces and axial forces.
