Model BRJ600-3 Copper Foil Winding Machine is a professional winding equipment specially designed for manufacturing transformer coils and equivalent components, compatible with both copper and aluminum foil winding processes. Equipped with three foil unwinders and dual insulation paper unwinders, this foil winding machine supports simultaneous winding of one, two or three layers of foil paired with one or two layers of insulating paper. The foil winding machine integrates a built-in TIG welding station to reliably join foil strips and conductive busbars. Powered by PLC and intuitive touchscreen control, the foil winding machine features user-friendly operation and straightforward parameter adjustment.
