Product Description

The coil winding machine ZPX600-2 is a programmable high-voltage automatic coil winding machine designed for precision winding of various transformer coils and similar electrical components. Integrated with automatic wire arrangement and constant tension control technology, the machine ensures neat, uniform and high-quality coil winding results.

Fully equipped with a main winding motor, servo-driven wire laying system, dual insulation decoilers, coil support stand, pneumatic system and PLC intelligent control unit, the coil winding machine delivers powerful driving performance, comprehensive functions and a high degree of automation. With two wire guides, the coil winding machine supports simultaneous winding of two identical coils to greatly improve production efficiency.
