Description of Foil Winding Machine BRJ1200-2-2

This kind of foil winding machine is double servo foil winding machine, which adopts dual servo synchronous drive for reactor copper and aluminum foil coil production. Dual servo motors deliver balanced torque at both ends, ensuring uniform winding and stable foil tension. Equipped with photoelectric edge correction (accuracy 0.5mm), TIG welding and automatic insulation cutting modules, the foil winding machine runs under PLC and touchscreen control for easy operation. The foil winding machine supports single and double-layer foil coils for reactors and other similar products. The thick steel welded frame guarantees stable, low-noise operation, greatly improving coil forming precision and overall production efficiency.
