Description of copper foil winding machine BRJ1400-2

Copper foil winding machine is one of professional conductor film winder. The foil winding machine BRJ1400-2 can be used to wind copper or aluminium foil coils with maximum height 1400mm. These wound foil coils are for making cast resin transformers and other similar products. The copper foil winding machine is provided with two foil decolers and two insulation decoilers, which make the foil winding machine handle one or two layers of copper foil or aluminium foil and one or two layers of insulation paper. With TIG welding unit, the copper foil winding machine can weld the conductor foil with the bus bar together. Moreover, the copper foil winding machine can be customized as requested, such as the foil decoiler expanding range. Usually, the foil decoiler expanding range is from 420mm to 520mm, which is suitable for the conductor foil with inner diameter 500mm. The control system is based on PLC. The copper foil winding machine features slow starting, smooth running and easy operation etc.
