SXDJ Motor Comprehensive Test System

The SXDJ Motor Comprehensive Test System combines motor test control, signal measurement and computer-based data processing for comprehensive motor testing. It is designed for AC motors, DC motors and variable-frequency motors with capacities between 0 and 10,000 kW and voltage levels between 0 and 10 kV. The system is intended for factory inspection and testing after motor repair.

Measurement Functions

The system provides measurement functions for several motor test requirements. Cold resistance, insulation resistance, no-load loss and no-load current can be measured. It also supports three-phase or single-phase voltage measurement and average voltage measurement. Temperature and vibration measurement are available for corresponding test requirements.

Withstand and Performance Tests

For high- and low-voltage motors, the system supports inter-turn withstand voltage testing and power-frequency withstand voltage testing. Temperature-rise testing and load testing are also included among the available test functions, allowing different test procedures to be arranged according to the motor testing requirements.

Data Acquisition and Processing

The system configuration includes an industrial computer, test power supply system, test control system, sensors and signal conditioning modules. Data acquisition hardware and software are used for collecting measurement information. Numerical calculation and processing software handles the acquired data, while graphical display and operation software provides the user interface for testing and result presentation.

Test Records

Test report generation software is integrated into the system for documentation. Waveforms and measurement results can be stored and printed, allowing test information to be retained as part of the motor testing records.
