High Voltage GIS Test System
1: General Information:

With the development of the international power industry and the grid voltage level rising to 1000kV, the requirements for the voltage and capacity of test equipment are higher. Based on this, Sansion Power has developed the SXGTU gas-filled discharge-free combination electrical appliance test device, which is suitable for various tests of high-voltage and large-capacity GIS and GIL power equipment. It is an essential device for preventive and factory tests by relevant manufacturers. Adding a high-voltage bushing interface allows it to test traditional high-voltage equipment.

  • Capacity: 50-2000kVA (Higher capacity levels can be customized)
  • High-Voltage Generation Method: High-voltage transformer step-up and series resonance (power frequency, variable frequency). All step-up methods are single-stage step-up without the need for cascade step-up.
  • Input Voltage (Primary Voltage): 0.35-10kV
  • Equipment Partial Discharge: 1-3pC under rated voltage (normal environment)
  • Temperature Rise: Operating at rated current for 60 minutes, the temperature rise is no greater than 65K (50Hz)
