Description
Silicon steel is a very important electrical material used primarily as a magnetic material in motors, transformers, electrical appliances, and electrical instruments. The width of the silicon steel coil is usually 1000/1200 mm. Electrical steel slitting machine is to cut the silicon steel coil into strips of various widths, and then rewind the strips into rolls for use in the next process. The slitting line mainly includes loading car, uncoiler, slitter, tensioning, recoiler, discharging car, control cabinet etc. The production line uses PLC and touch screen control system, with a maximum working speed up to 120 - 150 m/min.
