Equipment Description:
The vertical winding machine is mainly used for the manufacture of coils from distribution transformers to large power transformers. It is suitable for winding high-voltage and ultra-high-voltage coils such as spiral coils and pancake coils, and is especially suitable for winding requirements with high precision and large load-bearing capacity. The main body of the vertical winding machine is installed in a pit, on which there is a retractable platform. The cover of the retractable platform can be electrically retracted to suit different coil diameters. The faceplate is driven up and down by three column screws to keep the operating height unchanged.
Functional Features:
The faceplate of the winding machine adopts a servo lifting mechanism, and the height of the winding coil can be adjusted arbitrarily to ensure that the operator's working position remains unchanged
The main winding motor adopts variable frequency speed control, which has smooth starting and reliable braking.
Suitable reducers and transmission mechanisms achieve low noise and high torque
The wiring pitch and faceplate rotation adopt intelligent control, and the winding pitch and number of turns can be preset, with power-off memory function
The pit cover can be freely retracted according to the coil diameter, and the operation is safe and reliable
The pay-off rack, tensioner, bending tool, etc. can be configured according to customer requirements
