VACUUM DRYING OVEN Ф2600×3000MM FOR TRANSFORMER USE
I. General
The vacuum drying oven is designed according to the vacuum drying principles and the autoclave regulations. It is manufactured in combination with our long years' experience in the electrical transformer equipment industry. It is mainly used for drying oil-immersed transformers, motors, capacitors, CT and PT etc. During the drying process, the equipment continuously changes the pressure inside the oven to make the product uniformly heated, and the evaporation water can be exhausted in time to prevent the iron core from rusting. Because the drying adopts the step-by-step method, the product is less deformed and the drying is more thorough. The oven has advanced vacuum drying process and reasonable structures, so the drying time is reduced by about 30 to 45% compared with the conventional drying equipment, which is a reliable and energy-efficient process equipment. The oven dimension and its configuration are made according to the customer requirements.

V. Process
Variable Pressure Drying (Summary)
Core: Use evaporated steam for convective heat transfer under vacuum (4 stages total).
1. Preheat: Low vacuum; saturated vapor for uniform heating; intermittent vacuum to avoid condensation.
2. Dehydration: Vacuum → valve close → re-vacuum cycle; heat supplement; reach target temp.
3. Final Dry: High vacuum; extract residual moisture until end check.
4. End Check: Measure vapor pressure rise rate; auto-shut when qualified.
