Description
Transformer Core Cutting Machine
Transformer core cutting machines are specialized equipment designed for precision processing of transformer cores. These machines meet stringent requirements for dimensional accuracy, shape consistency, and precision in transformer core manufacturing.
This fully automatic transformer core cutting line is suitable for processing various silicon steel sheet shapes with V-notch cutting and hole punching capabilities, including step lap cores. The system utilizes servo motor feeding, servo motor punching and cutting, PLC control, and touch screen interface for easy operation. After cutting, silicon steel sheets are stacked orderly and neatly on the receiving platform under servo motor control.
